The literal French word for “view” is ‘Vue.’ This restaurant, according to its name, offers breath-taking views. The 19th level of OUE Bayfront offers stunning views of the Civic District thanks to its high floor-to-ceiling windows. Start with a drink in the open-air spritz bar, then head to the main dining hall for a meal with a view of Marina Bay. Aside from the spectacular view, the restaurant offers an extensive menu of binchotan-grilled meats.

Jaan is a multi-award-winning restaurant that has constantly been ranked among Asia’s top 50 restaurants. Although the interiors are charmingly decorated with Murano silver, your gaze will be drawn immediately to the stunning view of the coastline dotted with sailing boats and ships, which can be seen from the classic French windows. They provide an intimate, refined dining experience with their quality and great French cuisine, with only 40 seats in the restaurant.

Zafferano, which is located on the 43rd floor of the Ocean Financial Centre, is the ideal location to go for all-around Italian hospitality and dining. Guests can enjoy a 270-degree view of Marina Bay while savouring original and evocative Italian flavours and receiving world-class service from the restaurant’s staff members in this sophisticated circular venue. The menu rotates every month, so come back often to sample more of the restaurant’s modern Italian food.

Spago, located on the 57th floor of the iconic Marina Bay Sands, offers a stunning view of the metropolitan skyline. The Sands’ surfboard was outfitted to look like a bungalow, with Wolfgang Puck and his team transplanting the brand’s breezy Cali-cool style up onto the surfboard. Views of the half-dressed infinity pool crowd and Singapore’s ship-studded southern shoreline surround the two walls of floor-to-ceiling glass. The original restaurant is based in Beverly Hills, and this Singapore version delivers Californian cuisine with a dash of international flavour.

SKAI

SKAI is located on the 70th level of the SwissĂ´tel The Stamford in Singapore. It offers a panoramic view of the municipal district, stretching from the Padang to Marina Bay. Green foliage and maple accents cover the otherwise minimalistic but comfortable 130-seater venue, which takes a literal leaf from the modern Japanese design book. Paul Hallett, the executive chef, is a master butcher who focuses on unique and advanced contemporary grill offerings delicately mixed with Japanese flavours.
