Is Slurping Good! Instant Noodles Themed Playground worth going?

With the current travel restrictions, I feel that I’m constantly on the lookout for new things to do in my own country. Do you feel the same way? When I saw Slurping Good!, being a sucker for both Insta-worthy photo spots and instant noodles meant that it naturally creeped its way to my bucket list.

Before heading in, the staff at the entrance gave us a card which had a little map of the playground and a couple of coupons.

Stepping into the noodle museum, we were immediately transported to the land of cup noodles and ingredients. We spotted noodle ornaments hanging from the ceiling in a noodle-themed room, and gigantic eggs lining the walls of another egg-themed room. Not to mention, even a crab-themed room. You’ll find yourself prancing from one spot to another and having a ton of fun trying to perfect that shot with your friends, like we did. For extra laughter, challenge your partner to a game of coriander tic tac toe!

The only disappointment we had was that the experience ended pretty quickly as there were fewer rooms than we expected.

As with every end to an experience, there is usually a merchandise shop and in this case, it occupied the whole of the second floor. It is a great place to take home a couple of knick knacks with you or grab a matching t-shirt with your partner for memories sake.

The goodie bag was a tiny let down with only a packet of instant noodles, but the claw machine made up for it. It ignited the inner children in us and for sure, it was a slurping good end to our little β€œadventure”.

All in all, the experience did fall slightly short of my expectations only because I wished there was a make-your own-magical-cup-of-ramen component, but regardless, I still feel that it is a pretty interesting destination you may consider adding to your weekend plans!

P.S. Did you know that Nissin introduced the world’s first cup-type instant noodles in September 1971? We sure didn’t before our trip!
